I own 9 Urban Spas across the Sydney metropolitan area and we had previously used other software as our client management system. Although a good system, we wanted to go to the next level in the customer experience and in particular looking for a paperless system where all consultations and treatment plans could be done on an ipad and allocated immediately to the client. We found Zenoti at the Hong Kong trade show last November and after the initial demonstration immediately implemented this in our 9 stores. In addition to all of the paperless features we wanted, clients also receive an app and can request appointments, (frees up our phone lines) purchase gift vouchers, see the balance of any course prepayments and so much more. Being cloud based I have full access to all information at all times. The service from Zenoti has been amazing. They have developed specific things we need to ensure the system does everything we want. I highly recommend this system.
